Perdue wants feedback from 14 separate groups ranging from education to mental health.
The remaining five groups will meet Monday, Nov. 24 and Tuesday, Nov. 25.
The meetings are staffed by a professional facilitator from the N.C. Small Business Technology Development Center.
The groups will review materials from the state's cabinet agencies and provide final recommendations to Perdue's transition team by December 8th.
"These advisory groups will provide valuable feedback to Governor-elect Perdue and are a tool to open up government to North Carolina's citizens," said Perdue's Communications Director David Kochman.
The meetings are open to the public.
