CHATHAM COUNTY, N.C. -
A Siler City man is facing drug charges following an undercover drug operation.
Jeffrey Foxx, 31, was arrested by Chatham County authorities after a two month long undercover operation. Authorities found cocaine in Foxx’s possession.
Foxx is charged with felonious possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felonious maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Foxx is in jail under a $25,000 bond and will appear in Chatham County Court June 6.
