FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Two 71st High School students were arrested Thursday for bringing marijuana to school, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Witnesses told authorities they saw Justin Wilson, 17, handling a plastic bag filled with pot inside of a classroom.

When authorities arrived to the school, they found a second bag of marijuana in Wilson’s possession as well as a cell phone with text messages regarding a drug deal.

Authorities were able to connect the calls to Laurence Parks, 16.
