CLAYTON, N.C. -
A Clayton man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to children at a bus stop.
According to the Johnston County Sheriff's office, 42-year-old Neal Jeffray Bass was arrested after a resident of the Broadmore subdivision called police.
Police say about six or seven elementary school kids were at the bus stop at the time of the incident, but don't believe any of the kids saw the suspect.
Bass has been charged with indecent exposure.
According to the NC Department of Corrections, Bass has been arrested previously for indecent exposure. The previous incidents allegedly took place in 1988, 1990, and 1993.

Excuse me "Not in Clayton", the incident did occur in a Clayton, NC mailing address area; please check a county map.

This sicko did NOT live in Clayton and the incident did NOT happen in Clayton. It was well outside town in Johnston County.

This makes me sick! My brother and sister were two of the kids at that bus stop and I couldn't believe this would happen in Broadmoore. I hope the man stays in Jail!
