HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. -
Hillsborough residents are invited to weigh in on plans to build a new UNC hospital facility in town.
Earlier this year, the state gave UNC a conditional OK to build a facility north of I-40 and Old 86 interchange.
A public hearing for this project has been scheduled for this morning at 10:30 at the Chapel Hill Public library.
The $227 million hospital is scheduled to open in 2014.
